Article 161.2 (đ) of the Law on Housing 2014 provides that before the expiration of the term provided for in the Certificate of House Ownership, the owner can sell the property to people who entitled to own house in Viet Nam. This means that right after the receiving the ownership title and before the expiration date of your ownership, you can sell your property to people who entitled to buy that property.
