Can I resell to another foreigner?

Article 7 of the Decree No.99/2015/NĐ-CP mentioned above provides that a foreigner can transfer his/her property to another foreigner provided that the later is entitled to own residential property in Viet Nam and the term of the ownership is the rest of the term left in the Certification of House Ownership of the former. The purchaser can apply for a Renewable of the Certificate of House Ownership in accordance with Article 77 of the Decree No.99/2015/NĐ-CP with one-time extension for the term up to 50 years.
