If I passed away, how will the transfer of my propertybe handled?

Answers:

It depends on what kind of property (ies) that you own. In principle, if the property is legally owned by you, without any disputes related to that ownership, the property (ies) shall be transferred to your inheritor in accordance with Section 4 and Chapter XXXIII of the Civil Code; relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Viet Nam and the Law on Housing 2014 and the Law on Land 2013 and other supplemented documents thereof.
